Hotel Danila - Portoferraio

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was right on Scaglieri beach. Being so close to the beach allowed us to easily enjoy the beautiful sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. the hotel was conveniently situated near Biodola, convenient for exploring the rest of the island by public transport. The hotel staff were helpful and cute, making our stay even better. We also appreciated the freshly prepared and varied meals, both for breakfast and dinner, served every day.

Dinner could have been a bit more varied, especially dessert and more beautifully decorated; lounges, garden is rather narrow, nested into each other, but still a nice little terrace with view to the sea.

During my Easter vacation, I had a wonderful time at a charming hotel. the hotel is located in a great area, close to public transportation and other key tourist attractions. the gardens and private lounge areas are beautiful and relaxing. the food provided was well-prepared and the staff was nice and welcoming.

Although the hotel had a lot of comforts, the rooms were somewhat lacking. the rooms were a bit small and it was challenging to place our luggage.

The friendliness of the boss and the team, where we felt well taken care of. All very child-friendly in a relaxed atmosphere. Only a few meters to the beach. Great view from the room.

Dogs eating on chairs partly unleashed on the premises and on the beach. Others but super disciplined under the table/at the place, at the man.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on Scaglieri beach. You can easily access the beach and enjoy a day in the sun. the staff at the hotel is very helpful and welcoming, providing great service throughout your stay. the hotel also offers freshly prepared meals for breakfast and dinner, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The room size might be a bit small for some guests, requiring rearrangement of furniture to fit luggage.

We spent our Christmas break at this hotel and it was such a wonderful experience. The decorations were lovely and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, being close to public transportation and within walking distance of a beautiful beach. The food was also a highlight, with a variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

That our room was a bit on the small side, and we had to rearrange some of the furniture to make it comfortable. the public transportation schedule was limited during our stay, which made it a bit difficult to explore the island without a rental car.
